Initial Consultation Retaining the Attorney Signing Your Bankruptcy Filing Your Bankruptcy 341 Meeting Discharge

Signing Your Bankruptcy

Once you have paid the balance due to file on your account and we have received all of the necessary information (pay stubs, tax returns, business profit and loss statements, vehicle/home appraisals, ect.), we will draft your bankruptcy petition and schedule an appointment for you to sign the petition with the attorney.

At this time, the attorney will review your petition with you to be sure everything is accurate and complete. Before your bankruptcy is filed, you will need to:

  • Review the list of creditors and provide information for any debt not listed.
  • Be sure that you have completed the first credit counseling course and that your certificate has been issued.
